STAR POWDER COATING offers two blasting Rooms for all your media Blasting needs. The large room is 12’H x 16’W x 40’L. The smaller room is 10’H x 12’W x 30’L. Our media blasters are highly skilled and are extremely capable in every aspect of metal finishing. Powder Coatings.
Powder Coating is a completely dry finish process. Finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electro statically charged and sprayed onto the products to be coated. The products are electrically grounded, so that the charged particles adhere to them until melted and fused into a solid coating in a curing oven. The end result is a tough, attractive, durable, scratch resistant, and cost-effective product. The best part is that you can have your products powder coated without setting up a finish line. We will do it for you at our facility. We have the ability to run thousands of parts in our conveyor system, to single large products in our batch lines. STAR POWDER COATING can powder coat parts as big as 12’H x 12’W x 35’L.
